Your brick bin,
finally sorted.

At AutoBrick we build automatic brick sorters. Load a mixed bin, tell it which set you're after, and it identifies each piece and separates the ones you want from the ones you don't.

From a mixed bin to
the pieces you want

Three stages, start to finish. You load the bin and pick a set. AutoBrick handles the rest.

01

Load the hopper

Pour a mixed bin into the loading hopper. Partial sets, bulk lots, whatever's been sitting in the box. As long as the bricks are pulled apart, AutoBrick can work with them.

02

Vision identifies each piece

AutoBrick gets the bricks to the camera one piece at a time. A machine-learning model then reads each piece and looks up what it is.

03

Sorted into bins

Pieces that belong to your set go into one bin, everything else into another. Pick the set you're rebuilding and AutoBrick routes each piece for you.

Sorting

Sort by set or by piece type

Recover the parts for a specific set, or break a big mixed lot down by shape and color. You choose the mode. The machine sorts it.

Vision

Knows the part, not just the color

AutoBrick reads each brick by its shape, so it can tell a 1x2 plate from a 1x2 tile, not just sort by color. The catalog it draws on grows as the software improves.

Automation

Runs on its own

Once it's loaded and set, AutoBrick keeps itself fed. A camera watches the flow and paces the motors so pieces don't pile up. You can leave it running and come back to sorted bins.

Scale

A handful of sets, or a whole back room

From the home collector with a few mixed sets to a reseller working through bulk inventory, we're building solutions for both. The right machine looks different at each scale, and that's the range we're designing for.

Software

Improves over time

The sorting runs on software we keep working on, so identification and the range of parts it handles get better without you changing anything on the machine. As new sets come out, the goal is for AutoBrick to learn them too.

The hard part was never knowing which brick you need. It's finding it in a bin of ten thousand others. That's the part we're automating.
